Robot will not turn on/No light on base station

Issue:               Robot will not turn on/No light on base station
Model/s:           All Models

Possible causes:

●        Robot not turned on

●        Bad power outlet or power cable not connected correctly

●        Bad charge station board

Diagnostic steps:

●        Confirm Robot is turned on

●        Confirm power outlet is working

●        Confirm power cable is firmly connected to the charge station

●        Check that power supply voltage is correct
 If yes: Replace charge station board
 If no:  Replace power supply or cable
