No Loop Signal – Green LED/Charging Station Indicator Lamp

What color is the Charging Station indicator lamp?


The charging station LED is Flashing Green:

Procedures:

Disconnect and reconnect charging station power supply.

Note: ECO-mode is disabled when the power is disconnected. If you wish to enable ECO-mode again,

  1. Select Settings > Operation in the app.
  2. Select on/off to enable or disable the ECO mode function.
  3. Select Save.

If the issue remains: Start the product in the charging station.

The ECO mode is active and therefore the product needs to be started in the charging station.

  1. Put the product in the charging station.
  2. Start the product.
  3. Close the hatch.

If the issue remains: Contact your Husqvarna local dealer.


The charging station LED is Solid Green:

Procedure:

Create a new Loop Signal.

The pairing between the product and the charging station is lost. Place the product in the charging station and create a new loop signal. Follow the step-by-step guide for instructions.

The loop signal is randomly selected to create a unique link between the product and the charging station. In rare cases, there may be a need to generate a new signal, for instance if 2 adjacent installations have a very similar signal.

  1. Put the product in the charging station.
  2.  Select Settings > Security > New loop signal in the Automower® Connect App.
  3.  Select Create new loop signal.
  4.  Select Save.
  5. Wait for confirmation that the loop signal has been generated. This usually takes about 10 seconds.
