Mower disconnected from App

Mower disconnected from App / Bluetooth will not connect:

How to Add a mower to Automower® Connect (first setup or adding an additional mower:

1.      Open the Automower® Connect app and sign in.

2.      Tap More > My mowers > + (plus symbol) in the Automower® Connect app.

3.      Your mower should now appear in the list of available mowers in the Automower® Connect app. Tap to select it.

4.      Follow the instructions on the screen.


If your mower was previously connected to the App, but will no longer connect, unpair the re-pair your mower:

Unpair a mower from the App:
  1. Launch App then go to “My Mowers”
  2. Click on “Unpair mower”
Once "unpaired" please do the following:
  1. Open the Automower® Connect app and sign in.
  2. Tap More > My mowers > + (plus symbol) in the Automower® Connect app.
  3. Your mower should now appear in the list of available mowers in the Automower® Connect app. Tap to select it.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
