How to update EPOS firmware to allow for Pattern Cutting
If your EPOS shipped with an earlier version of the firmware you need to update to 11A or higher to be able to use Pattern Cutting.
For the firmware update, you will have to wait until the FOTA notifies you that its available - it only checks about once a week, the only other alternative if for a dealer to manually update using the Autocheck software.
