EPOS is not docking correctly

If EPOS is having trouble docking correctly - it tries to dock but either shifts to left or right. 

Error message may say "Charging station obstructed".

The charging station uses a radio signal to dock once its close enough (at docking point), so satellite signal should not be a factor.

The most important thing is that the charging station is level and flat on the ground.

The next thing to try is to generate a New Loop Signal. 
Note: You have to be close to EPOS and connected via Bluetooth
  1. Open the App
  2. Click on "More" at the bottom right of screen
  3. Click on "Settings"
  4. Click on "Security" (enter your code)
  5. Click on "New Loop Signal"
  6. Click on "Create New Loop Signal"
Now try to send EPOS home and see if it docks correctly.

If issue remains Re-install the Charging Station from the App.

Step-by-Step:
  1. Open the App
  2. Click on "More" at the bottom right of screen

  3. Click on "Settings"

  4. Click on "Security" (enter your code)

  5. Click on "New Loop Signal"

  6. Click on "Create New Loop Signal"
