EPOS is not docking correctly
If EPOS is having trouble docking correctly - it tries to dock but either shifts to left or right.
Error message may say "Charging station obstructed".
The charging station uses a radio signal to dock once its close enough (at docking point), so satellite signal should not be a factor.
The most important thing is that the charging station is level and flat on the ground.
The next thing to try is to generate a New Loop Signal.
Note: You have to be close to EPOS and connected via Bluetooth
- Open the App
- Click on "More" at the bottom right of screen
- Click on "Settings"
- Click on "Security" (enter your code)
- Click on "New Loop Signal"
- Click on "Create New Loop Signal"
Now try to send EPOS home and see if it docks correctly.
