EPOS getting “Mower Disconnected” message when Mapping

EPOS getting “Mower Disconnected” message when Mapping

The "Mower Disconnected" is not usually a GPS issue, but rather it could be losing Bluetooth connection. You need to be within Bluetooth range of your mower when creating or editing a Map.

Could you also check the "Messages" on the App to confirm:

  1. Open Automower Connect App
  2. Click on "More" in bottom right of screen
  3.   Click on "Messages"
  4.  You can select each message to see the exact issues

Possible causes:

  1. You are too far away from the mower, you need to be within about 20ft for a stable connection when Mapping
  2. There is another bluetooth device connected/trying to connect which is causing it to lose connection

Procedures:

  1. Get within a closer range of the mower
  2. Try disconnectiing other bluetooth devices

If issue remains, try removing the mower App and adding again:

  1. Use AutoMower®Connect App to Unpair Mower and Re-pair with the Mower
  2. Open App the GoTo “My mowers”
  3. Click on “Unpair mower”
  4. Click on “+” sign in top right corner, then follow the instructions.

Note: If mower still shows in Mobile device Settings/Bluetooth list then "Forget Device" before adding again
