Disconnected Message on Automower® Connect app

Disconnected Error Message on AMC App
  1. Open the Automower® Connect app and sign in.
  2. Check the connectivity icons at the top right on the mower dashboard.
    A gray, crossed icon means that the technology is disconnected and a white or black (depending on background color) that it is connected.

  3. Disconnected from Bluetooth:
    Give it some time. Wait up to 20 minutes. It can take some time for the product to connect, especially if your mower was recently restarted.

  5. Disconnected from Husqvarna Cloud and Bluetooth:

  6. If issue remains: Turn the product off and on to restart and wait up to fifteen minutes to see if it reconnects.
  7. If issue remains: Restart your phone and the Automower® Connect app. Wait to see if the product reconnects.
  8. If issue remains: Update Automower® Connect. Make sure to have the latest version of the Automower® Connect app.
  9. If issue remains: Make sure that the internet connection to your mobile device is good. If you have a poor or no internet connection, the mower will not be able to connect.
If issue remains: Redo the pairing to Automower® Connect.
  1. In the Automower® Connect app, select More > My mowers.
  2. Tap Unpair the mower and verify that you want to unpair the mower.
    All data is saved in your Automower® Connect account. No data disappears when you remove the pairing.
  3. Start a new pairing process. Follow the step-by-step guide for instructions on how to add a mower.
Add a mower to Automower® Connect – Step-by-Step
  1. Open the Automower® Connect app and sign in.
  2. Tap More > My mowers > + (plus symbol) in the Automower® Connect app.
  3. Your mower should now appear in the list of available mowers in the Automower® Connect app. Tap to select it.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Other possible reasons:

Check the mower's connection to the cellular network.

  1. Open the Automower Connect app and sign in.
  2. Connect to the mower using Bluetooth.
  3. Select More > Settings > Automower® Connect.
  4. Check the connection under Automower® Connect and Mobile network.
What is the status of the mower?



Not connected or no/bad network signal:
Wait until any temporary mobile network issues are resolved
If there are temporary issues with the mobile network in your area, your mower will be disconnected when it gets out of Bluetooth range.
To connect to your mower again, wait until the mobile network issues are resolved or use Bluetooth to connect: make sure you are within Bluetooth range of your mower and open the Automower® Connect app.
Connected and fair/good signal
Make sure you are close to the product.
If you are within Bluetooth range (up to 10-30 m) of your mower and the Automower® Connect app is open, you will be prompted to enter the mower pin code. This opens a Bluetooth connection and gives you access to the complete set of Automower® Connect features, such as the
Security and Automower Connect options on the Settings menu.
If you get outside of Bluetooth range of your mower when you are connected using Bluetooth, your mower will switch automatically to a cellular or Wi-Fi connection.
To connect to your mower using Bluetooth, make sure you are within Bluetooth range of your mower and enter the PIN. Your mower will automatically reconnect after a short while.


Make sure there is maximum two active Bluetooth connections to the product
There can only be two active Bluetooth connections at a time to the mower.
Ask the other persons to close the Automower® Connect app before you try to connect.

Enable Bluetooth
Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and for the Automower® Connect app.
