Charging System Problem/Error Message
Possible cause:
Temporary electronic or firmware related issue in the
product
Diagnostic steps:
- Turn the product off and on
- Clean the charging
plates and contact plates
There may be corrosion or dirt on the charging plates and contact
plates.
Clean the charging plates on the mower and the contact plates on the
charging station.
- Check the power supply
unit
Make sure that you use the correct power supply unit for the product.
The maximum length of the low-voltage cable is 20 meter.
Examine the power supply unit and low-voltage cable and their connectors.
Replace if necessary.
If the problem remains, contact your approved servicing
dealer.
