Charging Station Troubleshooting

The Power Supply Output is 28V DC (input 100-240V AC)

  1. Plug in the power supply into a reliable outlet.
  2. Locate the correct sockets to check voltage.
  3. Use the probes to make contact with the terminals. Be sure not to damage the terminals.
  4. Voltage output should be approximately 28VDC.
  5. A continuity test can be performed on the low voltage cable, replace it if found defective.
  6. Plug in the power supply and make sure the low voltage cable is connected at each end.
  7. Take a voltage reading at the charging plate (as shown in below image).
  8. Voltage should be approximately 28VDC.
